24/7 Guest Support: We are your first point of contact for any guest needs or concerns. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, an urgent request, or general inquiries, we’re available around the clock to provide prompt and effective solutions.
Property Oversight: We conduct regular biweekly inspections and monitor the condition of your property to ensure it meets the highest standards. Our hands-on approach helps maintain the quality of your home while also addressing any issues before they impact the guest experience.
Local Expertise: As locals, we offer valuable insights and recommendations to enhance your property’s operations, such as, advising on local regulations, our knowledge helps you stay connected and informed.
Emergency Management: In case of unexpected emergencies, our team swiftly handles the situation. Our local presence ensures quick response times and effective resolution of any issues.
Pricing

The monthly fee for the Local Contact service is $150 per month, which includes unlimited communication and biweekly property inspections.

The fee for service calls is $70 per hour (1hr minimum). Service calls include such things as running errands, ordering supplies, inspecting property, documenting and reporting damages, taking inventory of supplies, and troubleshooting in-person issues.
